  19.   As the exclusive copyright holder for EZ-Index for Traveler, E-Z Access 
  20.   Software Ltd. authorizes the distribution only in accordance with the 
  21.   following restrictions.

  23.   The EZ-Index for Traveler package is defined as containing all the material 
  24.   listed in the VENDINFO.DIZ packing.lst file.  If any files listed in the
  25.   vendinfo.diz are missing or if the VENDINFO.DIZ file itself, is missing, 
  26.   then the package is not complete and distribution is forbidden.

  82.    user groups to distribute the EZ-INDEX program subject to the guidelines

  87.    1) If the date on this file is over 12 months old you contact
  88.       E-Z Access Software Ltd. for the latest version

  90.    2) The EZ-Index program CAN be BUNDLED with other software on a
  91.       CD-ROM package without written permission from E-Z Access Software
  92.       Ltd.

  94.    3) The EZ-Index program CANNOT be used in a promotion by ITSELF but can be
  95.       used with written permission.

  97.       The EZ-Index program CAN be used in a promotion if on included 
  98.       on a CD-ROM with other shareware programs without permission.

  100.    4) The EZ-Index CANNOT by itself be distributed or sold via "retail rack"

  106.    5) Distributors who charge a fee for copying and distributing the
  107.       program MUST acknowledge that the fee does not cover the cost of
  108.       REGISTERING the program.

  112.       registered can distribute the program.

  115.       distributing our programs if we feel they haven't adhere to the
  116.       guidelines set out above.

  119.       on a 3.5" HD diskette.  You you require a copy that will will span 3.5" LD
  120.       (720kb) contact the author.
